In this certification seminar, you will learn how to:

  • Teach individual and group programming based on the unique benefits of kettlebells.

  • Instruct proper form and execution of Kettlebell training for sport or fitness.

  • Design strength and conditioning programming at the fundamental level with kettlebells.

  • Develop effective recovery exercises and stretches specific to kettlebell training.

  • Unlock the complexities of Kettlebell Sport – overview, sport specific science, and accessory training.

Course instruction by Steven Khuong, CSCS (Master Coach), Maya Garcia, CSCS (Master Coach), and Jessica DiBiase (Master of Sport), as well as special guests from the Ice Chamber Kettlebell Team.  This course is approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for 0.6 CEU / 0.6 CEC.

No prior kettlebell experience necessary
