@Regrann from @kettlebelldel – My first session back in Half Marathon Training. It's been a while! A 20 minute introduction today with the 24kg bell in half Snatch. It was a not too uncomfortable 350 reps. First 10 minutes at 17 rpm, second 10 at 18 rpm.
