How do you motivate yourself during a challenging and tortuous workout?
@Regrann from @kbtorie – There's something about that final minute. Mentally I push to failure. Some days it's an awesome way to end a workout, others it brings you down. I wanted to quit so damn bad (couldn't because my coach was right next to me). Everything screamed "not today" but fuck that I want to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Ended 10 rounds of 1:1 with 18kg at 9 reps, the most of all my rounds. Pretty much said fuck you, see you Thursday. – #regrann #kettleguard
