Great Job for continuing your lifting progress with pickin’ up some 20kg kettlebells! Especially when starting to work with heavier weights, it is necessary to keep the forearms protected with KettleGuards. @Regrann from @norwegian_girevichka – After we got home from California, Cathrine started to work more with the 20's. She has not failed a single workout I've thrown at her yet with the purples – so yesterday we did a 7min! She did 5rpm but managed to push 8 the last minute. I'm super proud of her – soon she'll hit the milestone of eight minutes, and then 50+ reps aren't far away. – #regrann #kettleguard
