On Competition: “Kettlebell competitions provide a phenomenal opportunity to push myself to the limit and see what I can accomplish. I love that there is always the unknown — anything can happen! Watching each competitor take to the platform and pour everything they have into their performance gives me chills every time. Gathering with incredible athletes from all around the world, who like me love Kettlebell Sport, provides for a heartfelt and inspiring day.”As a busy professional, wife, and mother of two children, Jake age 9, and Lily age 5, Surya continues to draw emotional wellness and positive physical energy from her participation in group fitness at the Ice Chamber and as an active Kettlebell Sport competitor.
